You are invited to our 2022-23 Youngsville Academy H&SA Kick-off meeting!
The kick-off meeting will be held this Wednesday (7/27) at the YA Soccer Fields (located across from the school) immediately following morning carpool. NOTE: This is a change of location if you stopped by the H&SA booth during Meet the Teacher.
Refreshments will be served.
The purpose of the (brief) meeting is to move forward with planning and executing the following events:
YA Fundraiser Discount Card Sales & Distribution (August/September)
Used Uniform Resale Event (August/September)
Fall Festival Event (10/21)
Youngsville Christmas Parade participation (12/3).
In addition to these activities, we are also looking for people who have skills they would like to bring to the table: graphic design, marketing/communications, volunteer coordination, organizing, fundraising (ideas, networking, etc.), and more.
